What is an endless bracelet? It's a thin, 14k gold chain that is welded to your wrist (no clasp!). These are offered in 14k yellow and white gold, and make the perfect friendship bracelet. 

Yes, we require appointments for all bracelets. Each appointment is for one person. We release appointments on the 1st of every month.

So sorry about that! If you are not seeing any dates available, it means all of our appointments are currently booked up, or we are not offering endless bracelets on that specific date. Please check back on the 1st of the month when we release appointments! 

Yes, we require an appointment for each person getting a bracelet

We offer private group bookings for groups of 5-10+. There is a $200, non-refundable fee to book a private event (this is in addition to the cost of the bracelets). We book out 3-4 weeks in advance for these. Please contact us at hi@shopshelter.com for more information and to book! 

If you need to remove the bracelet for any reason, you're welcome to stop in for removal (during bracelet hours only please!), or you can cut it off at home. Simply take a pair of sharp scissors and cut where the small ring connects the two ends of the chain. If you wish to get it welded back on at a later date we're happy to help - there is a small welding fee of $10 which is paid at the time of booking. 

If your bracelet breaks within two months of purchase, we're happy to reattach it at no cost. After two months, a $10 welding fee applies (paid at the time of appointment booking). To have your bracelet reattached, simply book an appointment to come in. 

Because these chains are all on the delicate side, stretching can occur, especially if the bracelet were to get caught on something and pulled. If this were to happen and you need your bracelet tightened, simply schedule an appointment* and we can shorten and re-attach the chain. We will reweld your bracelet at no cost within two months of purchase. After that, a $10 rewelding fee is applied. Once a chain stretches, the links do become slightly weaker and there is a higher risk of the chain breaking over time. 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for bracelets that break + become lost.

Yes! We recommend purchasing a gift card for the recipient so they can select their desired chain. Bracelets start at $110.
