You can join for free by creating an account on our website, or visiting this page. Once you’re signed up, you’ll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases.

You’ll earn points every time you shop—both in-store and online—when you’re logged into your rewards account or use your registered email at checkout. Occasionally, we’ll also offer bonus point events or ways to earn through social media or referrals.

Yes. Minimum purchase amounts apply based on your reward value:
$50 reward → minimum purchase of $100
$100 reward → minimum purchase of $200
$250 reward → minimum purchase of $400
$500 reward → minimum purchase of $800

There is a minimum spend of $50 to redeem a referral reward

Points will be added to all purchases from January 1, 2025 - present. We cannot add points to purchases earlier than that.

If you forgot to log in or didn’t use your rewards email, just reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number or receipt—we’ll be happy to add your points.

Yes! You will earn points for every dollar spent, excluding custom items.

No. Points can only be redeemed on full-price, in-stock items.

Yes. Points cannot be earned or used on custom or special orders, repairs, gift cards, or sale items.

Points never expire, so you can save them for something special!

Unfortunately, reward codes cannot be combined with additional discounts or promo codes on the same order. However, reward codes do not expire, so if you choose to use another discount code instead, you'll still earn points for every dollar spent and can redeem this code on a future purchase!
