Shipping & Returns


We ship domestically via USPS, unless otherwise selected (we also offer shipping via Fedex and UPS, along with local store pick up). We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $100. Other rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase

Given our current closure due to COVID-19, please anticipate 1-2 week delay with all shipments. We are working as hard as we possibly can to get all shipments out in a timely manner.  

Any made-to-order pieces are either on hold or come with significant delays. We will be in touch if your piece is not able to be made at this time.

Once your order is placed, please allow this amount of time before the item ships. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the item is in the mail.


Because of our current closure, all items are eligible for store credit only. We're in a situation where every dollar truly counts toward keeping our business alive and paying our staff. We hope you understand this temporary policy change, and appreciate your thoughtfulness when shopping with our store. Online orders are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.   Gifts are only eligible for store credit, and must have a gift receipt. 

All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by a receipt and must be in unused, unworn condition with the original packaging. We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet this criteria. 

    The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

    • Sale or discounted items
    • Made-to-order jewelry
    • Special orders
    • Resized items
    • Custom pieces
    • Engraved jewelry
    • Perfume and other apothecary items
    • Items purchased during our trunk shows

    All online purchases must be authorized prior to sending the item back. Please email any return requests to with your name, email, phone number, order number, and reason for return. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

    For any authorized returns, store credit will be issued, less shipping charges, once the item has been received. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Any item arriving after 7 days from your receipt or without a receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange, at our discretion.

    If you need to cancel an order after it has been processed, just let us know! If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
