Shipping & Returns
We ship domestically via UPS, unless otherwise selected (we also offer in-store pick up and local delivery). We offer free UPS shipping on orders over $150. Other rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We offer Route shipping insurance for all shipments and highly suggest purchasing insurance on any packages of value. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We are working as hard as we possibly can to get all shipments out in a timely manner and aim to get most in-stock items shipped within 24-48 business hours.
Unfortunately, most shipping carriers are facing extreme delays with ship times that are out of our control. Please anticipate delays with all items shipped, especially during the holiday season.
All made to order pieces will ship in 3-4 weeks. We will be in touch if you've purchased a custom or made to order piece with our anticipated turnaround time.

Items purchased in-store and online can be exchanged within 10 days with original receipt for exchange or store credit only. After 10 days, the item is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit. Gifts must have a gift receipt.
Please note, your item must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging. We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet this criteria.
Here's why - we are a small independent boutique that supports other small independent businesses, and every return impacts our bottom line. If we could offer return policies similar to big box stores and stay in business, we would. But unfortunately...we can't! That said, we are truly grateful for your decision to shop small and local. We appreciate you!
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Engagement rings + wedding bands
- Made-to-order jewelry
- Special orders
- Resized items
- Endless bracelets (both with and without clasps)
- Endless bracelet charms (unless purchased separately and not attached to a bracelet)
- Custom pieces
- Engraved jewelry
- Perfume and other apothecary items
- Items purchased through one of our online trunk shows
All online purchases must be authorized prior to sending the item back. Please email any return requests to email@example.com with your name, email, phone number, order number, and reason for return. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
For any authorized returns, store credit will be issued, less shipping charges, once the item has been received. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition.

If you need to cancel an order after it has been processed, just let us know! If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We can accept order cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.
