Shipping & Returns


We ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. Ship time is dependent on the item's availability in store, and shipping time does not include processing and handling time (typically 2-3 business days). 

Items that are special order typically take 3-4 weeks to ship, and is dependent on the designer's lead time. 


Standard Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy for all items purchased online and in store. This excludes special orders, vintage pieces, sale items, and exchanges.

After 7 days, store credit will be issued for all returns.  

All online purchased must be authorized prior to sending the item back. Please email any return requests to with your name, email, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

For any authorized returns, credit will be issued, less shipping charges, once the item has been received. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Any item arriving after 7 days from your receipt or without a receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange, at our discretion.

If you need to cancel an order after it has been processed, just let us know! If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. 

Final Sale

All items that are purchased on sale are sold as-is and are final sale (i.e. not eligible for store credit or a refund). Final sale items also include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Special orders
  • Resized items
  • Custom pieces
  • Engraved jewelry
