Wedding & Engagement Jewelry Specialist
Part-time | 5–12 hours/week | $19.50/hr + monthly team commissions
Weekend & holiday availability required (11-6 one or both weekend days)
We’re looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and detail-oriented Specialist for our Wedding Wing to guide couples through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.
This role blends education, design insight, and high-touch service — helping clients choose engagement rings and wedding bands from our in-house offerings.
If you love connecting deeply with clients, speaking fluently about fine jewelry, and creating a calm, joyful experience — this is your role.
You are a great fit if you:
- Have prior fine-jewelry experience (required)
- Are confident discussing gemstones, metals, styles, and jewelry care
- Are warm, patient, and genuinely love guiding people through big decisions
- Thrive in a boutique environment where service is everything
- Are organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
What you’ll do:
- Lead wedding + commitment consultations (in-store)
- Educate clients on stones, metal choices, durability, price ranges, and timelines
- Provide styling recommendations for bands, stacks, and everyday wear
- Track leads, notes, and communication clearly
- Help create an experience that feels calm, celebratory, and pressure-free
What you bring:
- Proven experience in fine jewelry sales or bridal jewelry
- Prior knowledge of diamonds, colored stones, metals and settings
- Comfort with higher-ticket sales and thoughtful upselling
- Excellent communication — written and verbal
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to balance warmth with accuracy and trust
Experience with Shopify, Hubspot, or POS systems is helpful — but we can train the right person.
