What is an endless bracelet? It's a thin, 14k gold chain that is welded to your wrist (no clasp!). These are offered in 14k yellow and white gold, and make the perfect friendship bracelet. 

We do welded bracelets on a regular basis at our DC storefront, located at 1258 5th Street NE, Washington DC 20002.

So sorry about that! If you are not seeing any dates available, it means all of our appointments are currently booked up, or we are not offering endless bracelets on that specific date. Please check back on the 1st and the 15th of the month when we release appointments! 

Yes, we require an appointment for each person getting a bracelet. 

There is no need to buy a bracelet in advance. If you are interested in a specific charm, we do recommend pre-purchasing those, as inventory can sometimes be limited. 

At this time, we only weld bracelets! 

If you need to remove the bracelet for any reason, you're welcome to stop in for removal, or you can cut it off at home. Simply take a pair of sharp scissors and cut where the small ring connects the two ends of the chain. If you wish to get it welded back on at a later date we're happy to help - there is a small welding fee of $10 which is paid at the time of booking. 

Unfortunately, no - we're only able to weld chains provided in our shop. 

Because these are being worn every day and cannot be removed, gold is the best option for these to maintain security + metal color. We do have a small selection of white gold chain options, but otherwise these are only offered in yellow gold. 

If your bracelet breaks within two months of purchase, we're happy to reattach it at no cost. After two months, a $10 welding fee applies (paid at the time of appointment booking). To have your bracelet reattached, simply book an appointment* to come in. 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for bracelets that break + become lost. 

*The deposit to book an appointment will be refunded at the time of the appointment

Because these chains are all on the delicate side, stretching can occur, especially if the bracelet were to get caught on something and pulled. If this were to happen and you need your bracelet tightened, simply schedule an appointment* and we can shorten and re-attach the chain. We will reweld your bracelet at no cost within two months of purchase. After that, a $10 rewelding fee is applied. Once a chain stretches, the links do become slightly weaker and there is a higher risk of the chain breaking over time.

Both endless bracelet chains and charms are non-refundable. Since these bracelets are cut exactly to the size of your wrist and made just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept them back for an exchange, store credit or refund.  

We offer private group bookings for groups of 6-10+. There is a $100, non-refundable fee to book a private event. At this time, we offer group appointments on weekdays only, and book out 3-4 weeks in advance.  Due to our holiday season, we are not scheduling private appointments for November and December.
